{My Health} Taking Control

It’s time to take control of my weight and diet.  I’m not ‘fat’, but I have a bit that I’d like to lose – about 20 pounds to be exact.  I’m not committed enough to do it on my own, however. So, I’ve made a few lifestyle changes in the past month or so that I wanted to share here:
First, I joined a boot camp held at our dance studio. And, holy cow, it is kicking my bootie!! 
Then, I started using My Fitness Pal to track my caloric intake. I don’t obsess about what I eat, but I am diligently trying to track my calories throughout the day.
Since I started at the end of May, I have lost 2 pounds! It’s not much, but it’s a great start!
