Project Life: January 2 – 15

 I started my 2011 Project Life on Sunday, January 2. Since I was out of town last week, I didn’t post my pictures. So, here are my Project Life pics for the past 2 weeks:

Sunday, January 2

 

Matt took Isaac and Emma to MO to visit his family. They left Christmas night. Logan and I stayed home, because Logan had to work. Here is a pic of Emma as she walked through the door. I sure did miss those guys while they were gone!

Monday, January 3

Emma got her ears pierced. After her cousin, Lexi, gave her some Hello Kitty earrings she decided it was time. She was a bit scared at first (even though she asked to get them pierced). But, after shedding a few tears, it was all over!! Now, she’s counting down the days until she can change her earrings. Six weeks is a long time when you’re 7!

Tuesday, January 4

This year, I am taking part in the ‘Bible in 90 Days’ challenge. I downloaded the Bible to my IPad so I have the Bible at hand wherever I am.

Wednesday, January 5

I purchased and appliqued some new patterns today for an upcoming project.

Thursday, January 6

I got to meet my new nephew, Isaiah, for the first time. Isn’t he just precious!!

Friday, January 7

Isaiah Todd completely stole my heart while in TN!!

Saturday, January 8

Abbi helped me cook dinner for her family tonight. Afterwards, Kiersten decided she wanted to read ‘one more chapter’ by the fire before heading to bed.

Sunday, January 9

While we were in TN, we got several inches of snow which ultimately ended up cancelling school for my nieces the entire time we were there! What a blessing that was. My parents live on a big hill, and the kids had a blast racing down that hill on the sleds and saucers.

Monday, January 10

 

I took my niece, Abbi, out for a dessert date.

Tuesday, January 11

 I took my niece, Kiersten, out for a breakfast date.

Wednesday, January 12

 

Today, all the kids hung out at Grandma and Grandpa’s house. So, I decided to do a little photo shoot with baby Isaiah.

Thursday, January 13

I took my niece, Allie, out for a breakfast date before heading back to TX.

Friday, January 14

My Project Life kit was waiting for me when I got home!! I couldn’t wait to get it set up! However, I had to wait until today since I could hardly wait to fall into bed last night when we got home.

Saturday, January 15

 

Emma attended a birthday party at a local ice skating rink. She just loves that her friend has the same name. Her card read: To Emma Grace, From Emma Grace.  (I plan to print these pics out as a collage to fit in the PL pockets.)
